Christmas:
We Celebrate Jesus' Birth
Like the shepherds, we have every reason to rejoice at Jesus' birth.
Lent:
Following Jesus More Closely
To prepare for Jesus' Resurrection, we spend Lent finding extra ways to be kind.
Easter:
We Celebrate the Resurrection
We celebrate Easter for seven weeks. Easter is the high point of our year in the Church.
Pentecost:
Filled with the Holy Spirit
The Spirit gave the disciples new life and new power to go out and preach in his name.
Ordinary Time:
We Learn from Jesus
We hear about the miracles Jesus performed and the stories he told to teach us about God.
Mary:
Saying "Yes" to God
Saying "yes" to God is not always easy. If we trust him, just as Mary did, he will help us do what he asks.
