Register for 2025-2026 Classes

To register for Faith Formation, download and complete the forms and return them to the parish office along with payment.

To pay online click the link and be sure to include FAITH FORMATION, FF or CCD in the description.

Copies are also available at the parish office.

Please complete one Family Registration Packet per family and one Student Registration and Heath form for EACH student.
