Envision: Theology of the Body for Middle School
​Students will cover the eight chapter curriculum over the course of three years. Broken down into bite-size nuggets, students will be asked to think about the following questions: "Who am I?", "Where am I going?", and "How do I get there?" John Paul II believed that deep down, young people want their lives and their love to be beautiful. He also knew that only a life of virtue and sacrifice can satisfy this deep desire. We are made to imitate Jesus’ total self-gift. In imitating Jesus, the Christian life calls us to carry the Cross, and the Resurrection always triumphs. If we cooperate with God’s grace, then even the sky is no longer our limit. We can confidently proclaim with St. Paul, “I can do all things in him who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13).
